Multiple choice questions are usually asked in entrance exams and recruitment tests. While the examination board has to create such a test once every year, the coaching classes and schools have to create one regularly so that students get sufficient practice. However, creating a test paper on a regular basis can be time consuming. Hence, it is better to use the multiple choice test maker software.
This software is in reality Addmen's question paper generator software, which is the third module of the OMR software. Here are the steps that you have to follow to create the multiple choice test papers.
The question bank software has to be prepared first. The questions and answers can be imported from already prepared Word and Excel files.
The question paper generator has a panel where you can set your requirements for the question paper and create a blueprint.
Once you have chosen your requirements (subject, topic, chapter, number of questions, difficult level, etc), the multiple choice test maker software chooses the questions from the already prepared question bank.
The questions with their choices or options are present in Word format which is printable.
