These steps are displayed to candidates within the app as Instructions before starting a test. They ensure smooth, fair, and secure exam delivery via mobile.
Clean / Optimize Device: Close all background apps, messengers, or heavy processes.
Watch for System Alerts: If messages appear like “App not responding” or “App keeps stopping,” it indicates low free memory or resource overload.
Battery Check: Ensure your device has enough battery to last at least 3 hours. It’s best to keep the phone plugged in during the test if possible.
This ensures that each test is tied to a specific device and user session.
Before starting: TURN ON Airplane Mode and TURN OFF WiFi.
Do not disable Airplane Mode or turn on WiFi mid-test — doing so will cause the system to auto-submit your test.
If connectivity is restored or disabled mid-test, your test may be forcibly submitted.
This is critical to prevent external interference, cheating, or data corruption during the exam.
Tap on Section Name in the header to view all exam sections.
Tap a section to jump to its first question.
For tests with multiple sections, you’ll need to switch sections manually to navigate questions in each section.
For single-section exams, all questions are displayed automatically.
10-Minute Warning: When 10 minutes remain, the timer changes to red to warn you.
Forced Submission on Time Up: When the timer ends, or if the allowed maximum span is exceeded, the test will be auto-submitted regardless of completion status.
Don’t Tamper with Device Clock: Changing your device’s date/time during the test may trigger auto-submission.
Answers are auto-saved with every selection / action — no need to manually save each one.
Use the Menu icon (top right) to:
Mark / Unmark for Review — flag questions you want to revisit
Clear Answer — remove an existing selection
The “Submit” button is in the Action Menu (top-right).
If you don’t submit manually, the system will force-submit the test when time runs out.
Important: Closing the app, locking the device, or switching to another app for more than 60 seconds triggers auto-submission.
After submission, you must manually upload the test—unless auto-upload is configured.
Disable Airplane Mode only after submission.
Use the Test List screen to “Upload Test,” ensuring an active Internet connection is present.
Your test results will be published by the admin after the final upload deadline passes.
This delay ensures fairness — all candidates must have uploaded before result release.
Pre-test Trial Runs: Let students do a mock test on their devices to catch performance or compatibility issues.
Specify Minimum Device Specs: (RAM, OS version, storage) to reduce the number of test failures.
Encourage Stable Environments: Quiet space with minimal distractions, good lighting, no notifications.
Provide Backup Devices: In case a student’s device fails mid-test, having a standby device may help.
