Integrated with Your Website & Branding: The system is independently hosted on a secured SQL database server but is accessed through a simple HTML code snippet on your homepage. The application form is accessed anonymously and appears to be a part of your website, with Your Institute Name & Logo prominently displayed and no identity of Addmen disclosed.
Flexible Payment Workflows: Support for various payment methods:
Online Application + Online Payment through Payment Gateway (suited for applicants with access to online banking).
Online Application + Payment through Bank Challan (suited for any class of applicants).
Online Application + Offline Submission of Form + Payment through Cheque/DD by post.
Candidate Login & Management: Upon first registration, candidates receive a unique Username and Password via email or SMS. Applicants can login, view, and edit their application forms before final submission. They can also take a print-out of the submitted form.
Real-time Applicant Statistics & Filtering: The system enables you to get a real-time picture of the number of applicants. Administrators get a quick view of current statistics (category-wise, status-wise) and can instantly execute preset filters to weed out non-qualifying applicants right at the time of application.
OMR Integration: The system supports the upload of OMR Application Forms. Candidates who have submitted hard copy applications (like OMR sheets) can also be registered and managed by the administrator.
Customizable Forms: The system is dynamic, allowing for either a single-step or a multi-level application form to collect classified information. The form structure mirrors the administrator’s Admission and Registration interface (ECAS) and can be altered in the settings (e.g., adding fields for academic scores, work experience, or for uploading pictures and documents in DOC, JPG, or PDF formats).

Hosting, Maintenance & Backup (Lease Option): The system is hosted on a Class A server on a Tier IV secure datacenter with additional bandwidth and webspace. Addmen handles time-to-time updates, technical maintenance, and daily data backup. The client receives weekly copies of the backup and can download the hosted data in Excel at any time.
User Accessibility & Privilege: One Super-Administrator account is provided to the client. Any number of administrative or end users can be created with specific/limited access rights allocated by the Super-Administrator, ensuring each user performs tasks only within their privileges.
Scalable for Multi-Location Exams: In the case of multi-district examinations, the system maintains discreet accounts for all individual districts/zones, and allows the creation of multiple branches, courses/posts, and examination centres.
Integrated Communication: Features an integrated web-based SMS System for sending real-time alerts and notifications to candidates at different steps of the application process.
Data Outputs: Application records can be obtained in printable format or exported to various industry-standard formats like Access, Excel, DBF, CSV, or XML.
Scrutinizing Applications (via ECAS): The administrator can view and scrutinize all submitted applications online through the Enhanced Campus Automation System (ECAS). The data can be easily categorized according to the requirements of the post/course.
