How It Works – Process Steps

1. Create Question Resource File (QR File)

• Teachers prepare a Word document with eight columns:
  Serial Number | Question Text | Option A | Option B | Option C | Option D (or E) | Correct Answer

• This Word file is then imported into the system as a question resource file and stored in the question bank.

2. Define Question Properties

• Before saving to the bank, each question is annotated with metadata such as:
  → Subject / Topic
  → Difficulty Level
  → Marks / Weightage
  → Tags or Categories

• This structured tagging ensures selective filtering later.

3. Build the Test Blueprint

• When creating an exam, the examiner defines a blueprint, specifying test requirements such as:
  → Total number of questions
  → Distribution by topic / subtopic
  → Difficulty proportions
  → Marks per question

• This blueprint guides the automatic question selection.

4. Generate the Test Paper & Answer Key

• Once the blueprint is finalized, the software produces the question paper in the selected format, along with the answer key.

• You can choose output types (Word, PDF, etc.) that best suit your distribution or printing workflow.
