The Addmen Online Application System offers a comprehensive solution for managing applications, admissions, and recruitment, with a specialized workflow to facilitate fee payment via the Bank Challan Method. This process is particularly popular and applicable for a large volume of applications, especially where access to online banking might not be universal, making it suitable for any class of applicants.
The system seamlessly integrates the online application with the offline bank payment process, ensuring validation and tracking at every stage.
Start from the Website: All the Registration/Application Process begins at the Recruitment Webpage on your Website.
Brief Registration & Challan Generation (Applicant): The candidate first visits the website and completes a brief registration to submit essential details.
Challan Printout (System): The system instantly generates a unique Application Number and a Bank Challan form for the fee deposit.
Bank System Update (Admin): The system Administrator uploads the applicant data to the bank's website to enable the candidate to deposit the fee.

The candidate deposits the fee (either Cash Payment at any branch or Online Challan Payment on the bank's website) using the printed challan.
The candidate receives an official receipt with a Unique Transaction Number.
Note: Payments typically need to be made after a 24-hour waiting period from challan generation.

Transaction Data Download (Admin): The Administrator downloads the completed transaction data from the bank and updates the Online Application System.
Payment Validation (System/Applicant): The system is updated to mark the candidate as "Approved." The candidate can now validate the Unique Transaction Number to begin the main application.
Fill Complete Application Form (Applicant): After successful validation, the candidate can start, complete, and edit their detailed online application form in multiple steps until the final submission date.
The application form can be a multi-page/multi-step form, covering basic information, academic qualifications, job experience, photo & signature upload, and document/certificate submission (PDF/DOC/JPG).
Note: Applicants can log in again using their Registration Number, Transaction Number, and Date of Birth/Mobile No. to complete or edit the form.

This method is highly efficient for organizations managing a large scale of applications while catering to all socio-economic backgrounds.
Applicable for Any Class of Applicants: Unlike pure online payment methods, the Bank Challan option ensures inclusivity for applicants without access to online banking facilities.
Real-time Filters: Even before the application is fully submitted, the process allows the organization to execute preset filters to filter out non-qualifying applicants based on initial criteria.
Reduced Manual Work: It prevents the almost obsolete process of wholly offline applications, which require a significant amount of manual data-entry and transaction validation, thereby speeding up the process.
Website Integration and Branding: The fully managed, independently hosted system is easily connected to the client's website using a simple HTML code snippet. The application interface displays the Institute's Name and Logo, with no identity of Addmen disclosed.
Administrative Accessibility: A Super-Administrator account is provided to the client, allowing the creation of any number of administrative users with specific, limited access rights.
Data Export: All application data can be obtained in printable format or exported to formats like Access, Excel, DBF, CSV, or XML.
Integrated Communication: An integrated web-based SMS system is included for sending alerts to candidates at various steps.
