At Addmen Group we believe in transparent, fair and flexible pricing. Our OMR software is designed for Indian institutions, government bodies, coaching centres and enterprises — and we ensure the cost is clear, predictable and aligned with your budget.
We charge a one-time licence fee for our OMR software — you don’t pay an annual licence fee.
The licence covers lifetime usage of the purchased modules.
For the first year, software updates, training and technical support are free.
After the first year, if you’d like continued technical support and updates you can opt-in to an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at around 10% of the licence value.
If you decide not to pay the AMC, your software licence remains valid — you simply don’t receive updates/support.
We let you control your budget by selecting only the modules that you need right now, with the flexibility to activate more later.

All three modules are equally priced, and you can buy one or combine two or all three for a discounted bundle.
We also offer two versions:
Standard Version: Uses MS Access backend — portable option.
Advanced/Professional Version: Uses SQL backend, supports large scale/exam-centre network use.
You can upgrade from Standard → Advanced at any time by paying the difference.
Standalone licence: Runs on one computer.
Network user licence: Works on LAN; multiple users share the system.
Client/server licence: Central server, multiple terminals at different branches. Terminals can be purchased per-seat.
If you purchase multiple licences (e.g., for multiple centres) simultaneously, you are eligible for discounted pricing.
Designed for the Indian market — pricing, currency, deployment all aligned.
No hidden “licence renewal” fees — you pay once, and you own the licence.

We will send you a detailed quote in INR (Indian Rupees), including licence cost, optional AMC cost, and any upgrade path.
Once you agree, we issue licence key (USB dongle or soft-key) and provide download link for software. Training and first-year support are included.
Q. Is the licence fee only for one year?
A. No — the licence is lifetime. The only optional recurring cost is the AMC (if you opt for updates / support after year-1).
Q. What if I add more modules later?
A. You can activate additional modules or upgrade version (Standard → Professional) by paying just the difference.
Q. Do I need to buy special hardware?
A. No — our software works with standard scanners and printers (no proprietary machine required), which helps keep costs down.
Q. If I don’t pay AMC after year-1, will the software stop working?
A. No — the licence remains valid. You just won’t receive updates or new features until you pay AMC.
Q. What currency is the price quoted in?
A. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and customised for the Indian market / Indian institutions.
